2.Open Teamspeak, click on Bookmarks - Manage Bookmarks
Window will pop open
Click +Add Bookmark and type in these details:
Label: Insert name of your choice
Address: 124.148.136.194
Nickname: YOUR NAME
Server Password: /leave blank
After the bookmark is created close down the bookmark window, click on Bookmarks again and select the new teamspeak server bookmark you just created.
Connected!
Once you are in you should hear our lovely voices to guide you through setting your mic up.

OK so for some reason I' still getting frequent drop outs from TS3 usually about every 3-5 min at first and then more frequent, with just connection lost drop outs after the first 2 drop outs it usually leaves a ghost member in the channel and then kicks them after about 10 seconds. The other drop out tends to only happen when either Bloke or Clacka are in the server I'm not sure why it's only these 2 players though this is the "maximum number of connections with same identity exceeded" dropout.
Sorry guys but this is so frustrating I can't even begin to explain it I've looked in all the TS3 help forums and googled the shit out of it looking for a solution but so far zip, nada, zilch, nothing. If I can't find a way to fix it soon I'll just have to stop joining cause the games are frustrating enough with out this crap going on so I might just give it away.
try uninstalling it and installing an older version?
try the beta versions?
